トレンティーノ・アルト・アディジェ州の長い歴史を持つ大きな協同組合「ギルラン」 トラットマン農場の畑で丁寧に栽培されているピノ・ノワール! ギルランは、1923年にイタリアの最北端に位置するトレンティーノ・アルト・アディジェ州に23のワイン生産者、25ヘクタールのブドウ畑が集まり設立された、長い歴史を持つ大きな組合組織です。 現在は約200世帯のワイン生産者がおり、240ヘクタールもの広大な畑にはそれぞれの土壌に適した土着品種や国際品種が植えられ、数々の高品質なワインを造っています。主要ワインガイドでも高評価を多く獲得しています。 「ピノ・ノワール リゼルヴァ トラットマン」は、トラットマン農場のマツォンと、その周辺の畑で丁寧に栽培されているピノ・ネロから造られ、ヴェルヴェットのようになめらかでエレガントなワインが生まれます。低収量で特に肥沃な土壌で収穫された、厳選されたブドウのみを使用しています。 ほとんどのブドウは、粘土質と石灰質の土壌であるマツォンの畑で栽培されています。残りのブドウは、マツォンに隣接した暖かい土地のピンツァーノとコルナイアーノで栽培されています。手摘みで収穫され、ブドウに余計な圧力がかかるのを避けるため小容量の容器に入れられます。除梗し、グラヴィティー・フローのステンレスタンクでゆっくりと発酵させます(20～24日)。マロラクティック発酵後、大樽(12hl)と小樽に分けて12ヶ月熟成させます。最後に、木製の大樽(70hl)で8ヶ月熟成し、さらに8ヶ月瓶内熟成をします。 ほんのりグレナディンの色調がかかったルビーレッド色です。熟した果実、チェリー、マラスキーノの力強く複雑な香りがします。口あたりは繊細で優しく、果実味のあるタンニンが感じられ余韻も長く続きます。ローストした肉、ジビエ、スパイシーなチーズとよく合い、テーブルワインに最適です。 ■テクニカル情報■ 生産エリア：マツォン、ピンツァーノ、コルナイアーノ 品種：ピノ・ノワール 収量：42hl/ha アルコール度数：14.5度 酸：5.86 g/L、糖度：0.9 g/L 熟成の可能性：10年 サービス温度：14～16度 KELLEREI GIRLAN TRATTMANN PINOT NOIR RISERVA ギルラン ピノ・ノワール リゼルヴァ トラットマン 生産地：イタリア トレンティーノ アルト・アディジェ 原産地呼称：D.O.C. Beneath I’m finding aromas of sage and lavender, as it gains further depths, revealing medicinal cherry with smoky minerals and floral undergrowth. Silky textures coat all that they touch in a mix of ripe red/black fruits in a polished and round expression. However, with each sip, slow-mounting tannins and grippy minerals begin to clench down on the senses, revealing a hulking structure buried beneath the wine’s textural richness. The majority of fruit for the Trattmann is sourced from the renowned Mazzon cru. It goes through malo and then rests for twelve months in a combination of large twelve-hectoliter oak barrels and barrique, followed by another eight months in barrel. The wine grows in intensity and focus as it opens and warms in the glass, imparting some minty apple as it does. The close is spicy and fresh. This Riserva offers a firm backbone and just enough structure to pair with a meat dish cooked with cream or butter. The fruit represents a blend from the prized Mazzon vineyard (with chalky clay soils) and a site in Cornaiano with gravel soils. One adds to the mouthfeel and the other the bouquet. Some 30,000 bottles were released. Girlan was founded in 1923 as a cooperative winery with a beautiful historic manor as its headquarters. Back then it had 23 members, but today those numbers have grown to 200.
