The palate is medium-bodied with gentle but insistent grip on the entry. A little chalky in texture, this is very well defined with plenty of energy palpable on the pesistent finish. This is very vivacious and with a delightful tension and detail. The silky midpalate fruit is sensual and filigree .. a tremendous Clos de Vougeot.(Drink from 2035) - Outstanding (95p) - Tasted 08/07/2020Yvon Clerget　/　イヴォン・クレルジェ「現在のコート・ドールにはエレガンスとテロワールの表現力・透明感を兼ね備えた造り手はいるものの、そこに本当の実体が伴うワインはない。ティボーのワインはまさにそれを成し遂げている。だからこそこのドメーヌを皆に紹介したい」Allen Meadows「何としてでも味わうべきワイン。近年稀にみる新生ドメーヌ誕生のサクセスストーリー。若干28歳にしてティボーは偉大なキャリアを築き上げてしまった。」Antonio Galloniドメーヌのルーツは1268年まで遡る。先代である父イヴォンは2009年を最後に引退。息子ティボーのワインへの傾倒ぶりを知りながらも、2010年から2014年までブドウを全てアンリ・ボワイヨに売ることを決意。なぜなら、当時のティボーはまだ20代前半とドメーヌを引き継ぐには余りにも若すぎたからである。この間、ティボーはアンリ・ボワイヨとユドロ・ノエラで畑の管理と醸造プロセスを徹底的に学び、その後オレゴンのドメーヌ・ドルーアン、更にはマールボロのギーセン・エステートで研鑽を積んだ。2015年、満を持して自分のドメーヌに戻り自らのワイン造りに着手、数々の改革を行った。もともと先祖代々続くドメーヌであり先代からの素晴らしい遺産（良区画と高樹齢のブドウ）を持っているだけでも十分すぎるほどだが、ティボーはそれだけでは飽き足りずそのポテンシャルを最大限引き出す努力をしているのである。そんな若きライジング・スターのワインは単にしなやかでエレガントなスタイルというわけでなく、ピュアで透明感のある果実味にあふれんばかりのエネルギーが詰まっている、この絶妙なバランス感が最大の魅力である。
