Q.How do I shop?
A.Find a product you are looking for on our website and proceed to the purchase page.See User Guide
Q.Can I buy from websites other than Yahoo! Shopping, Rakuten and Amazon?
A.We will search for the product you are looking for. Simply give us the URL or the product name and its model number.
※Even if the product you are looking for is only available at a physical shop or an event, Worldmart will still buy that on your behalf.In such cases, a transportation and purchasing fee will be charged.
Q.I am considering buying a big ticket item such as Louis Vuitton. Are they genuine?
A.Even though the imitations in the Japanese online shops are decreasing, they are still out there.The biggest concern for customers who shop overseas is the authenticity of the brand such as Channel, Hermes and Louis Vuitton.
We have an authentication service for these kinds of shoppers.It is available for 3,000 yen per product as an optional service.Please consider this service for your peace of mind.
Q.How do I check to see the product I want to buy is not an export-prohibited item?
A.Please check the list of Export Prohibited Items or simply send us your inquiry. See the list of Export Prohibited Items
Q.What happens if the product does not arrive at Worldmart warehouse?
A.We will give you a refund if the product did not reach us due to shipping problems.

A.When you find a product you are looking for, decide the bidding amount, charge the coins and then make a bid.See User Guide
Q.Is there anything I should know before bidding?
A.If you bid the highest amount at an auction (in other words, you win the bid), you cannot cancel the bid.
Please double-check the product details with photos and make sure it is not an export prohibited item before bidding.
Q.Do you have a warranty if the bidded product was fake?

Q.What payment method can I use?
A.You can pay with credit cards, PayPal, Alipay and Union Pay.See Payment Methods
Q.I cannot pay with PayPal.
A.It may be due to the following reasons; you have exceeded the credit limit of the credit card registered with PayPal, or the registered address with PayPal and the shipping address do not match. In these instances, your payment may be restricted.If you still have trouble making payments after clearing the above problems, please contact PayPal Customer Support.
Q.Can I use debit cards?
A.No, we do not accept debit cards.
We accept credit cards, PayPal and Union Pay.
Q.Do you refund the balance of the coins?
A.Yes. Please request the coin refund via "Request Coin Refund" on My Page.

Shipping

Q.I am worried that my product might get lost in the transit.
A.Please rest assured.All products dispatched from us are covered by a shipping insurance at our cost.In case the product is missing, we will give you a refund on the confirmation of the lost delivery with the courier company.
Q.Can I ship the product as a gift?
A.No, you cannot send the products as gifts.We ship all the products as merchandise.
Q.How much is an international shipping fee?
A.It varies between the product sizes and weight but see here for a rough idea. See International Shipping Fees
Q.Can you ship wrist watches and PCs which have lithium batteries?
A.Yes, as long as the batteries are in-built or pre-installed.
※Lithium batteries cannot be shipped on their own. E.g..) Pack of PC batteries
※Note that the maximum lithium batteries are two (2) per product, even if they are in-built or pre-installed.
※We cannot ship to countries where the import of lithium batteries is not permitted.
Q.Do I need to pay a customs duty?
A.Yes, for the amount exceeding the duty free limit.Duty free limits and customs duties vary from country to country.
Q.What is custom duty?
A.Custom duties must be paid when you buy something overseas and bring it back into your home country.The custom duties are charged on the amount exceeding the duty free limits which are set by each country.The customs duties are determined depending on the price and type of the product.
Q.Can you ship products to an addresses in Japan?
A.No, we do not ship them to domestic addresses.
